Uses of Arnica Oil
Arnica oil is an oil that can be applied on the skin to treat a variety of ailments. Sore muscles, bruises, joint pain, inflammation or swelling can all be treated with the application of arnica oil.
Arnica oil is made from a dark yellow flower, called Arnica Montana, growing in certain mountainous areas of Europe and Siberia. The arnica flower also goes by wolf’s bane, mountain tobacco or leopard’s bane. Arnica oil has been used for hundreds of years, mainly for anti-inflammatory purposes. It is believed even Shakespeare used Arnica to help heal himself from a heart attack.
Lavender Oil
Lavender oil is one of the most used essential oils on the market, made from the lavender plant, it helps put you in a state of relaxation, reducing anxiety. Some if its other benefits are helping with depression, fungal infections, insomnia and menstrual cramps to name a few.
