If our planet is fast evolving, what consequences will result?
Earth was formed simultanously with the solar system 3.5 billion years ago. Though present expectations of the human race have changed enormously, present scientists believe that many people can now survive to be as old as 124 years of age, and by 2045 quantum computers will multiply our intelligence exponentially. However, how far are humans able to evolve physically and spiritually? No doubt, these answers are yet to come.
With the present population ever expanding certain factors such a deforestation, drought, disease, viruses and earthly catastrophes ever present, one would imagine that figures would drop.
Since Covid emerged in 2020, new viruses that have developed and mutated and could be threatening to mankind.
Incredibly interesting is the fact that man has reached the deepest part of the planet, the Mariana Trench in the Pacific ocean; 10,984 meters below earth’s surface via a “sub mobile” Could curiosity will immediately emerge as to what can survive? New isolated viruses have been discovered and creatures like octopus, shark, squid and only those who can survive extremely cold temperatures, have been discovered.
Let us not be perturbed by “yet to be“ future incidents, rather focus on the present. Viruses and diseases are commonplace to affect the human body and as a result, unhealthy emotions can arise.

Many emotions arise due to personality traits or outside influences.
Anger can flood one’s stress hormones, the brain, the gut and the muscles can be affected. Our heart rate increases and perspiration emerges on skin.
The emotion of grief affects the lungs with abnormal breathing and results in fatigue.
Fear arouses the kidneys and urination becomes more frequent. This being a reason why toddlers in the situation, “pee“ in their pants rather rapidly !
In conclusion, Yoga can relax anxiety , assist one to be grounded and arouse calmness.
