From the moment our guests cross over the wooden bridge they are transported to an ancient kingdom, displaying a unique and relaxing oasis to unwind and rejuvenate. 

In Tibetan lore, Shambala is a mystical kingdom hidden beyond the snowy peaks of the Himalayan Mountains. 

We have created an Indonesian paradise, incorporating imported décor hand selected from Bali, signature treatment procedures focused on tradition, and relaxation areas throughout the spa to create the illusion of a complete escape to another land. 

Shambala won the 2021 Les Nouvelles Esthetiques annual Spa Award in the Day Spa category, and our award-winning spa offers a variety of the finest skin and body treatments, as well as complimentary facilities such as a relaxation area, swimming pool, and a rasul steam room.

Our services, offered by Health Professionals and Professional Therapists, cover treatments such as various massages, body treatments, skincare / facials, advanced skin and body treatments, hydrotherapy, aesthetics (Dermal Filler & BOTOX), manicures, pedicures, waxing, and tinting. In other words, we cater to all of your rejuvenation and relaxation requirements, ensuring you truly experience peace, tranquility, and happiness.

Couples, Friends, Moms and Teens (13 to 18 years), or Groups, can pamper themselves with various package offerings. These can be facilitated in our private rooms that make provision for more than one guest at a time.
