ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Adansonia Digitata (Baobab) Seed Oil, This cold pressed oil is rich in Vitamins A,D, & E, as well as Omega 3, 6 & 9 Essential Fatty Acids (Vitamin F).

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, a plant oil that’s a rich source of numerous fatty acids. The main story behind jojoba is its form. We refer to it as an “oil” many times, but really, it is a wax, and that makes all the difference. Whereas as oils are typically made up of fatty acids and glycerol, naturally occurring waxes are mixtures of unesterified hydrocarbons that are softer and melt at lower temperatures. Studies have documented that jojoba improves the feel of skin, and provides a substantial long-acting, 24-hour skin hydration effect.

Jojoba contains nutrients like vitamin E and B, as well as minerals like chromium, copper, and zinc, which all nourish and protect skin from environmental stressors

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Although long employed for its fragrant smell, lavender oil also has a plethora of skin benefits. It is used to treat various skin disorders such as acne, wrinkles, psoriasis, and other inflammatory conditions. It is commonly used to speed up the healing process of wounds, cuts, burns, and sunburns because it improves the formation of scar tissues. Lavender oil is also added to chamomile to treat eczema

MatsiMela’s Facial Oil contains pure Baobab & Jojoba Oils to protect, deeply nourish and
balance the skin. Our Ubuntu Baobab Oil is rich in vitamins, polyphenols and antioxidants that support the health of the skin, while Jojoba oil offers long lasting hydration.
